General Description

Transformers for electric submersible pumps oil production TMPG implementation capacity 63-1200 kVA. Voltage class 3, 6 kV. Switching of branches of windings without excitation of the PBR. Cooling system type "M". Working conditions - in the open air.

Transformers have protocols:

  • routine tests in according to IEC 60076-1-93 p.11.3, 11.5, 11.4, 11.8, 11.2, IEC 60076-3-93 p.10, 11.2.
  • heating test in according to IEC 60076-1-93 p.5.
  • lightning impulse test in according to IEC 60076-3.
  • Noise test in according to IEC 60076-11.


Series of transformers:

  • 11 - standard series;
  • 12 - series with reduced indicators of load losses and short circuit.

The use of multi-stage leakage test.
Modern lines of transverse cutting are equipped with blocks of plates of the core, which reduces losses in the transformer.
Possibility of realization to 49 steps of switching.
12 series reduced up to 30% losses for standard lines.
